By accessing or using Symposium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Symposium is a web-based platform for orchestrating multi-persona AI conversations. The service allows you to create AI personas, start discussion sessions, and interact with AI-generated responses.

3. User Accounts

You may use Symposium as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Guest sessions are ephemeral and may be deleted after 7 days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
• Interfere with the operation of the service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by AI personas are produced by third-party language models. Symposium does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You use AI outputs at your own risk.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Symposium is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Symposium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
